Signed by your key
Uploads, listings and deletes are approved by a nostr event your signer makes (BUD-11). There's no password to leak.
Metadata stripped
EXIF and GPS data are removed from JPEG, PNG and WebP images before they're stored, so a photo doesn't say where it was taken.
Served from the edge
Files live in Cloudflare R2 and stream with byte ranges, so a long video starts playing straight away.
Files up to 1 GB
Big uploads go in resumable chunks and are checked against their hash before they're kept.
Import from X and YouTube
Paste a post or video link in your dashboard and the media is stored under your key.

What is a Blossom server?

A Blossom server stores files for nostr. Each file is named by the sha256 hash of its bytes and uploads are signed with your nostr key, so the same file can live on several servers and your client can find it on any of them.

Which nostr clients work with blosstr?

Any client that lets you choose a Blossom media server, including Amethyst, Primal, noStrudel and Coracle. Add your server URL in the client's media server settings.

How do I pay?

Pick a plan, enter your npub and pay the lightning invoice. Plans are priced in dollars and charged in sats at the current rate. No account, email or card needed.

Can I take my files elsewhere?

Yes. Blossom files are addressed by hash, so any other Blossom server can mirror them by URL and your notes keep working.
